1. General Terms

• Gr Mega Mart ek online clothing marketplace hai.

• Hum kabhi bhi apne products, pricing, service rules update kar sakte hain.

• Website ka use karna matlab aap hamare rules, policies aur guidelines ko accept karte ho.

2. Account Registration

• Account banate waqt sahi naam, mobile number, email aur address dena zaroori hai.

• Ek user apna account share nahi kar sakta.

• Wrong information se orders cancel ya account block ho sakta hai.

3. Product Information

• Product images aur descriptions maximum accuracy ke saath publish kiye jate hain.

• Color/texture mobile screen ke hisab se thoda change ho sakta hai.

• Pricing kabhi bhi update ki ja sakti hai without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• Order tabhi confirm hota hai jab payment (online ya COD) successful ho.

• Hum kisi bhi order ko fraud/suspicious activity par cancel kar sakte hain.

• COD orders me verification call/OTP bhi aasakta hai.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time location par depend karta hai (2–7 days).

• Delay courier company ke end se hoga to responsibility limited hai.

• Tracking details customer ko WhatsApp ya email par milti hain.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return / Refund policy humari official Return Policy Page ke according hoti hai:

• Wrong item

• Damaged/defective item

• Missing items

• Size/fit issue (if allowed)

Return request 2–3 days ke andar submit karna compulsory hai.
Refund 2–5 working days me process hota hai.

Note: Used, washed, altered, ya hygiene products return nahi honge.

7. Replacement Policy

• Replacement tabhi available hota hai jab same product stock me ho.

• Return pickup complete hone ke baad replacement dispatch hota hai.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Order pack hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai.

• Dispatch ke baad cancel possible nahi.

• Fake cancellations se COD service disable ho sakti hai.

9. Prohibited Activities

Website ka misuse allowed nahi:

• Fake orders

• Wrong claims

• Abusive communication

• Illegal use of content/images

• Attempt to breach website security

Violation par legal action ya account termination ho sakta hai.

10. Intellectual Property

• Website ka content, images, logo, designs — sab Gr Mega Mart ke property hain.

• Without permission use nahi kiya ja sakta.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Delivery delay, courier company issue, third-party error par hum limited liable hain.

• Loss, damage ya misuse due to customer negligence par company responsible nahi.
