Customer niche di gayi conditions me return request raise kar sakta hai:
Product defective/damaged ho
Wrong item deliver ho
Size/color mismatch received
Item incomplete ya missing accessories ho
❗ Note:
Product unused, unwashed, aur original packaging me hona chahiye.
Return request delivery ke 2–3 days ke andar raise karni hogi.
Ye items return nahi honge:
Used / washed products
Innerwear / socks / hygiene products
Customised items
Clearance / final sale products
Return ka process simple hai:
Customer “My Orders” page se return request submit kare.
Proof (photo/video) upload karna mandatory hai.
Return request verify hone ke baad courier pickup initiate hota hai.
Product pick-up hone ke baad inspection complete hota hai.
Refund/Replacement process start hota hai.
Refund niche process ke mutabik diya jata hai:
Online Payment (Razorpay/UPI/Card) → 3–5 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) → Wallet refund / Bank refund (2–4 working days)
Wrong item / defective item → FULL refund
Size exchange → Replacement available (subject to stock)
Agar customer ko same product but different size chahiye:
Seller stock available ho to replacement diya jayega
Replacement delivery time normal delivery jaisa hi hota hai
Order pack hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai
Pack ho jaye ya dispatch ho jaye → cancel nahi hoga
COD fake cancellations se account restrictions lag sakti hain
